Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group in Cape Town is seeking a Groups Reservations Coordinator to coordinate bookings and event details for groups and meetings, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of all documents. You will work closely with the Meetings & Events team to support guest satisfaction and event success.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bookings and event details from initial confirmation through completion for rooming list, group cover sheets and function sheets.
• Maintain accurate records and booking information.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximize client and guest satisfaction, delivering a responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution.
• Support and deliver on the strategies and objectives of the meetings & events department.
• Develop your skills and knowledge within the department aligned with growth and performance.
• Collaborate with the Head of Department to maintain inventory, meet productivity targets and performance levels.
• Build and maintain relationships, communicating with key stakeholders while promoting company culture and values.
