Radisson Hotel Group in Cape Town is seeking a Groups' Reservations Coordinator to manage group bookings end-to-end, from initial inquiry to final rooming lists and function sheets. You will collaborate with the meetings & events team to deliver seamless experiences for clients and guests.

Ideal candidates have proven experience in Meetings & Events and Reservations, strong verbal communication, attention to detail, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude, with a passion for hospitality and guest

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bookings and event details from confirmation through completion for rooming lists and function sheets
• Maintain accurate records and booking information
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximise client and guest satisfaction
• Support meetings & events strategies and objectives in assigned areas
• Develop skills and knowledge within the meetings & events department
• Build relationships with stakeholders and uphold company culture and values
• Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and audit requirements
