Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Reservationist to drive strategic initiatives within the Reservations Department, supporting business expansion and cultural evolution to enhance guest experiences. The role requires proactive, analytical thinking and a passion for hospitality, with strong collaboration across functions and partners.

You will ensure smooth reservations operations, maximize guest satisfaction, and lead a team towards growth and cost efficiency while aligning with company policies

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a reservations position, ideally within a hotel environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing service environments.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of the reservations department and guest journey.
• Maximize guest satisfaction with proactive enquiry handling and problem resolution.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet reservations targets and metrics.
• Lead and develop the reservations team to achieve growth and performance.
• Manage departmental budget and monitor costs and inventory.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners for timely communications.
• Review performance and recommend actions to improve financial outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and audit requirements.
