Qualifications

• Master's degree in Accounting or Finance with CA(SA)/ACCA/CIMA qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of financial management experience, incl. group consolidation.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and SA regulatory familiarity.
• ERP experience and advanced Excel modeling skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication and team management.
• Hybrid work capability with in-office and remote days; SA work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee consolidation of IFRS financial statements for group entities.
• Develop and implement group-wide policies and internal controls.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting across subsidiaries.
• Monitor performance against budget and forecast with analyses.
• Oversee cash flow, treasury and capital allocation across the group.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, bankers and stakeholders.
• Drive efficiency improvements in financial processes and systems.
• Provide financial guidance to subsidiary management teams.
