Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Group Financial Manager to oversee the financial operations of its subsidiaries from its Sandton offices. You will consolidate results, manage treasury, and provide strategic financial insights to the executive team.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in financial management with strong IFRS, consolidation and tax knowledge. Leadership and ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle) are essential for driving policy and controls across the group.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CA(SA) is mandatory.
• 8+ years of progressive financial management experience, including at least 4 years in group financial management.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, group consolidation, treasury management and SA tax laws.
• Proven ability to develop and execute financial strategy.

Mansioni

• Oversee consolidation of group financial statements per IFRS.
• Manage group treasury, cash flow forecasting, liquidity and banking relations.
• Develop and implement group-wide financial policies and procedures.
• Ensure statutory, tax and regulatory compliance across the group.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for the group.
