Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional qualification (CA(SA), CIMA, or ACCA) preferred.
• 7+ years in finance and accounting; 3+ years in management.
• Strong IFRS, tax, and corporate finance knowledge.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle and Excel.
• Leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Risk management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and manage the annual budget and financial forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic insights.
• Oversee cash flow management and liquidity.
• Ensure tax compliance and statutory requirements.
• Develop internal controls to safeguard assets and reporting accuracy.
