• Must have Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CA(SA)/CIMA/ACCA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial management or accounting.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls.
• Strong knowledge of SA regulations and IFRS.
• Proficiency in Sage or Xero and advanced Excel.
• Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
• Detail-oriented with analytical skills.
• Experience in banking and finance sector is a plus.
