Placements24 is seeking enthusiastic Graduate Trainees to join its Information Technology Support team in Benoni. You will provide first-line technical assistance to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while gaining practical experience.

Under mentorship, you will develop skills, assist with IT inventory, documentation, and participate in new system deployments. A degree or diploma in IT is required; strong communication and customer-focused approach preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common software.
• Familiarity with network troubleshooting and basic IT security principles.

Responsibilities
