Placements24 is seeking a diligent Graduate IT Support Technician to join our Nelspruit team. You will provide first-level support to end-users and help maintain the company’s IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, networks and printers; diagnosing issues; managing user accounts; updating IT documentation; and escalating complex problems to senior staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS), networks and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with common software applications and IT support ticketing systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
