You will provide first-level support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and help maintain IT systems, gaining broad experience across IT domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems and common office applications.
• Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and network fundamentals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Assist in managing and maintaining IT network infrastructure and systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
• Document IT support requests, resolutions, and create user guides.
