Job summary

Zohorecruit in Paarl, South Africa is seeking a highly organized Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Enablement team. You will ensure seamless sales operations, accurate data management, efficient order processing, and proactive support to sales teams across international territories.

You will coordinate customer onboarding, manage CRM/ERP data, assist with invoicing, returns, and reporting, and work closely with account managers, logistics, and finance to keep orders on track and customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor level qualification in commerce or related field.
• Experience in sales support and administration.
• Strong data management and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Key Account Managers with opportunity and sales order processing.
• Monitor order fulfilment status and resolve outstanding sales issues.
• Work with Sales Managers, Directors, and Account Managers to create and process orders.
• Liaise with Logistics and Operations regarding fulfilment timelines and delays.
• Process reallocations and create new sales orders as required.
• Ensure sales activities are completed within agreed timelines.
• Generate and process Return Authorisations (RAs).
• Support claims management and credit-related processes.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate invoicing and credit management.
• Assist with credit insurance administration and system updates.
• Coordinate customer onboarding and setup processes.
• Manage Terms & Conditions documentation and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records within CRM and ERP systems.
• Capture and maintain sales leads from trade shows and inquiries.
• Prepare sales reports and provide real-time territory insights.
