Job summary

United Exports seeks a disciplined Sales Coordinator to support our international sales teams across Europe, MENA, Americas and APAC. You will manage orders, oversee data accuracy in CRM/ERP, and collaborate with logistics to meet fulfilment timelines.

Ideal candidates are highly organised, detail oriented, and proactive, with experience in sales coordination or admin roles and solid Excel/ERP skills. This position is based in Paarl, South Africa, offering exposure to global markets.

Qualifications

• BCom or Diploma with a major in Marketing, Logistics, or International Trade.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or sales support.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent planning, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Key Account Managers with opportunity and sales order processing.
• Monitor order fulfilment status and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate invoicing and credit management.
• Maintain accurate sales transaction records.
• Coordinate customer onboarding and CRM/ERP data maintenance.
• Prepare sales reports and provide real-time territory insights.
• Liaise with Logistics and Operations on fulfilment timelines.
