Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for customers via telephone and email.

• Capture and maintain all customer interactions and orders in the CRM.
• Build professional relationships and provide responsive service.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Logistics and Finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Verify order accuracy and customer information before processing.
• Generate sales and customer reports as required.
