Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supplier & Stock Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing, monitor stock levels and ensure availability of parts.
• Technical Team Coordination: Allocate and prioritise jobs for technicians, ensure tools and resources are supplied and monitor progress.
• Customer & Service Support: Receive service calls, prepare quotations, follow up on approvals, and update clients on status and timelines.
• Internal Administration & Reporting: Process job cards, track technician activity and invoices, compile monthly service reports.
• Business Development Support: Re-engage lapsed customers and identify opportunities for additional services.
