Job summary

Zohorecruit in Sandton, South Africa, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to take overall responsibility for day-to-day operations and drive performance and growth across our inspecting services entity.

Reporting to EXCO and the Chairman, you will manage budgets, invoicing, cash flow, client relations, and regulatory compliance, while leading the operational team and delivering safe, profitable services.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory) or related fields.
• Experience in operations management and financial controls.
• Proven accountability for budgets and P&L with executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, scheduling and service delivery.
• Oversee finances: budgets, cost control, invoicing, cash flow.
• Liaise with clients and resolve escalations.
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
• Prepare operational and financial reports for EXCO and Chairman.
• Lead the operational team and drive growth with clients.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
