Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an experienced operations professional in Paarl to manage onboarding, payroll administration, commissions, stock and reporting. You will be the primary contact for clients and agents, ensuring accurate and on-time operational processes across several functions.

The role requires commercial awareness, high organization, and the ability to juggle deadlines while improving procedures and workflows. Experience in financial services or related fields is valuable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, client services or financial services
• Experience across multiple operational functions including client relationships
• Payroll administration and financial reconciliation experience
• Strong process management, reporting and MS Office skills
• Advanced Excel is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for clients and agents
• Run end-to-end onboarding, including documentation and training
• Build client and agent relationships and spot growth opportunities
• Calculate commissions, process payments, and handle queries
• Process payroll and perform reconciliations
• Monitor stock and inventory
• Produce weekly and monthly operational reports for management
• Tighten procedures and workflows to improve operations
