Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR or business-related field.
• SPHR or equivalent is highly desirable.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience developing global HR strategies for tech or digital businesses.
• Extensive experience managing remote and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global HR strategy aligned with business objectives and remote-first operations.
• Oversee talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
• Build and lead a high-performing, distributed HR team.
• Develop remote-work policies and inclusive programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws across operating countries and regions.
• Lead organizational design, change management, and HR budgeting.
• Leverage HR data to drive strategic decisions and demonstrate ROI.
