Placements24 seeks a visionary Remote HR Director to lead a global HR strategy from a fully remote setting. You will oversee talent management, OD, C&B, ER, and HR technology, partnering with executives to align people initiatives with business goals.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of progressive HR leadership, including Director/VP experience, and a track record shaping HR across multiple jurisdictions. Remote leadership and strategic influence are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership in HR, including 5+ years in Director/VP roles.
• Experience developing and executing global HR strategies across jurisdictions.
• Expertise in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and manage all HR functions: talent acquisition, talent management, OD, C&B, ER.
• Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the HR team.
• Drive organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.
• Oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws across jurisdictions.
• Champion a strong culture and employee engagement initiatives.
• Oversee HR technology implementations and data analytics.
