Qualifications
- Master's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with global leadership exposure.
- Experience managing HR operations in a remote-first or distributed company.
- Extensive knowledge of international labor laws and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global HR strategies aligned with international growth objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and global staffing.
