Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote HR Lead to shape and scale our global people strategy. You will partner with leadership across regions to drive talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and employee relations in a remote-first environment.

You will guide HR policy, compliance with international labor laws, and analytics-driven decision making while fostering a culture of high performance, inclusion, and continuous learning in a distributed workforce.

Qualifications

Master's degree in HRM, MBA, or related field.
10+ years HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.
Proven success building and scaling remote HR functions.
Strong knowledge of international labor laws and compliance.
Excellent communication and remote influencing skills.
Experience with modern HR tech and analytics.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a global HR strategy aligned with growth objectives.
Lead talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation.
Implement remote-friendly HR policies in line with international laws.
Foster inclusivity, collaboration and continuous learning.
Drive HR analytics to inform strategic decisions and budgets.
Support senior leadership on HR matters and budget management.
Oversee budgets and resource allocation.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the org.
