You will oversee talent management, organizational development, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement while driving change and analytics to inform leadership decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in a management/strategic HR role.
• Experience developing HR strategies for remote or hybrid workforces.
• Expert knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.
