You will oversee talent acquisition, development, compensation, benefits, and employee relations across jurisdictions, ensuring compliance and engaging teams in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Demonstrated experience in managing HR functions for a fully remote company.

Responsibilities
