Ignite Travel Group in Cape Town is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Travel Advisor to support travelers globally. You will handle bookings, re-bookings, cancellations, and inquiries via phone, webchat, and email, ensuring seamless experiences.

The role requires fluency in German and English, a Grade 12 / Matric qualification, and a clean criminal and credit background. This is a strict on-site position at 19 Hertzog Boulevard, Cape Town.

Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken and written German and English.
• Minimum 12 months in an international contact center or airline/travel agency setting.
• Clean criminal and credit vetting required.

Responsibilities

• Provide premier customer support across phone, webchat, and email.
• Handle problem situations with composure and deliver prompt solutions.
• Validate passenger details and manage flight bookings and holiday itineraries.
• Explain travel policies clearly in German and English.
