Ignite in Cape Town seeks a German Customer Service Travel Advisor to serve as the main contact for global travelers. You will handle reservations, changes and cancellations across phone, webchat and email, while delivering exceptional support.

Requirements include Grade 12, fluent German and English, and at least 12 months in a global call center or travel agency setting. On-site role with shifts and benefits are provided.

Qualificações

• Must have 12 months of global call center experience, OR prior airline reservations/travel agency experience.
• Proficient in written and spoken German and English.
• Background checks: clean criminal and credit records.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding customer service across calls, webchat and email.
• Manage reservations, itinerary changes and cancellations with accuracy.
• Validate and adjust client profiles and flight/hotel bookings.
• Explain complex travel procedures clearly in German and English.
• Maintain efficiency and accuracy in back-office tasks.
