Ignite seeks a German-speaking Travel Customer Advisor in Cape Town to deliver frontline support across calls, live webchat, and email for new bookings, itinerary changes, and cancellations. You will communicate in German and English and work 100% on-site at 19 Hertzog Boulevard, ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced travel environment.

The role requires a Matric and a clean credit/criminal background, with rotating shifts from 09:00 to 02:00 SAST and a total of 40 hours per week.

Competenze

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• 12+ months in global call centers or travel/airline industry.
• Grade 12 / Matric with clean credit and criminal background.

• Deliver frontline service across calls, webchat, and email.
• Resolve conflicts with calm, proactive solutions.
• Verify data and process flight details and itineraries accurately.
