Cross Border Talents in Cape Town is looking for a German-speaking customer support agent to assist international travelers by phone, webchat and email. The role is on-site in Cape Town and requires fluent German and English, plus 12 months in international call centres or airline reservations/travel agency experience.

You will handle bookings, re-bookings and cancellations, keep records accurate and proactively solve problems to own the customer experience.

• Fluent German and English required.

• Clear criminal and credit record.
