Qualifications

• 12 months international call-centre or airline reservations/travel agency experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Clear criminal and credit records.

Responsibilities

• Assist international customers via phone, webchat and email.
• Handle holiday bookings, rebookings and cancellations.
• Update customer information and maintain accurate booking records.
• Resolve customer enquiries and proactively address issues.
• Take ownership of the customer experience with accuracy and service quality.
