Job summary

Ignite in Cape Town, South Africa, seeks a German Customer Service Travel Advisor for 40 hours per week, strictly on-site at 19 Hertzog Boulevard. You will manage bookings, handle re-bookings and cancellations, and communicate travel policies fluently in German and English.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric with clean vetting (criminal and credit).

Responsibilities

• Provide premier customer support across phone, webchat, and email.

• Validate passenger details with accuracy for flight bookings and holidays.
• Explain travel policies clearly in German and English.
