Job summary

Ignite Travel Group in Cape Town is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Travel Advisor to support global travelers by phone, webchat and email, handling flight and holiday reservations and itinerary changes on-site at 19 Hertzog Boulevard. The role requires fluent German and English, minimum 12 months in international call center or travel agency environments, and a Grade 12.

You will manage bookings, resolve issues and communicate clearly under pressure.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Proven experience in international call center or travel agency environment.
• Grade 12 / Matric with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding end-to-end customer support across phone, webchat and email channels.
• Manage flight and holiday reservations, confirm client details and update itineraries.
• Handle cancellations and resolve traveler issues with proactive problem solving.
• Communicate travel guidelines and workflows clearly in German and English.
• Maintain productivity, accuracy and speed in handling inquiries.
