Savior Artigos Texteis Lda in Cape Town, South Africa, is seeking a customer-care specialist with fluent German and English to help travellers book, change, and manage trips. The role is on-site in Cape Town with rotational shifts from 09:00 to 02:00 SAST.

You will handle bookings, re-bookings, and cancellations, keep details accurate, and proactively resolve issues to ensure a smooth customer experience. Minimum Grade 12 and 12 months in international call centre or travel agency are required,

What You'll Do
