Outsource-X South Africa is seeking a Customer Service Agent to support our German-speaking clients from the office. You will be part of a multinational team, handling inquiries, escalations, and service requests with a focus on accurate information and timely responses.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience in customer support, strong German language skills (C1/C2), and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-office position in Somerset West.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer support or client-facing roles.
• German language proficiency at Level C1/C2.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming client contacts and escalations with compassion and proactivity.
• Process client-generated and internal service requests within set delivery times.
• Provide administrative support to certify client details in the database.
• Be flexible to take on additional tasks as directed by Team Leader.
