Job summary

Outsource-X South Africa seeks a French Written Customer Support Agent to support our UK-based SaaS client. You will communicate with French-speaking clients and collaborate with a multinational team including French, German, Dutch, Portuguese, and English Agents.

The role is based in Somerset West, Western Cape, with office-based hours from 09:00 to 18:00 and shift rotations across seven days. Strong French (C1/C2) and English (B2) language skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer support or client-facing roles.
• Experience in a multinational environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming client contacts and escalations with compassion and proactivity.
• Process service request tickets within specified delivery times.
• Administrative support to certify client details and alter any incorrect information within our stakeholder's client database.
• Flexibility to take on additional tasks as directed by Team Leader.
