Job summary

Outsource X in Somerset West, Western Cape, is seeking a German Written Customer Support Agent to join a multinational team. You will be the first point of contact for German-speaking clients and collaborate with colleagues across languages.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer support, German level C1/C2 and English B2, with office-based hours 09:00–18:00, and a proactive, compassionate approach to inquiries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer support or client-facing roles, preferably in a multinational environment.
• German language proficiency at Level C1/C2 and English at Level B2.
• Office-based position located in Somerset West, Western Cape.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming client contacts and escalations with compassion and proactivity to prioritize needs and provide solutions.
• Process client-generated and internal service request tickets within specified delivery times.
• Provide administrative support to certify client details and update information in the client database.
• Flexibility to take on additional tasks as directed by Team Leader.
