Outsource-X South Africa seeks a Dutch Written Customer Support Agent in Cape Town to join a multilingual team for a UK-based SaaS client. You will handle Dutch and English inquiries with courtesy and accuracy, delivering solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of customer support experience and fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2). This is an office-based position with daytime shifts in Somerset West, Western Cape.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer support or client-facing roles.
• Dutch language at C1/C2 level and English at B2.
• Office-based role in Somerset West, Western Cape.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming client contacts and escalations with compassion and proactivity.
• Process service tickets within specified delivery times.
• Verify and update client details in the stakeholder’s client database.
• Take on additional tasks as directed by Team Leader.
