Qualifications

• German language proficiency required.
• Valid permission to work in South Africa.
• Matric (Grade 12) required.
• Experience in customer service or call centre.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Basic computer literacy.
