Relocation support provided includes a flight to Durban and 20 nights of company-paid accommodation, plus onboarding and modern Umhlanga offices. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Valid permission to work in South Africa
• Clear criminal and credit record
• Customer service or call centre experience (retail experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Open to rotational shifts (including weekends)
• Basic computer literacy

Responsibilities
