You will support German customers via phone, email, and chat, handling orders, deliveries, returns, and product questions while working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

The role offers relocation support, training, and a modern office in Umhlanga. Weekend shifts are required, and you must have customer service experience and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• Valid permission to work in South Africa.
• Clear criminal and credit record.
• Customer service or call centre experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Open to rotational shifts (including weekends).
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsabilités

• Support customers in German via phone, email, and chat.
