Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Durban invites German-speaking professionals to join a global retail project as Customer Support Agents. You will assist German-speaking customers by phone, email and chat while living in Umhlanga.

The role handles orders, deliveries, returns and product questions, resolves issues with empathy, updates records, and meets KPIs. Relocation support, paid training, and a friendly, diverse team complete the offer. Shifts include weekends on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• Experience in customer service or call centre is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to rotational shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in German via phone, email and chat.
• Assist with orders, deliveries, returns, and product questions.
