Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Umhlanga near Durban is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat while relocating to South Africa. You’ll manage orders, deliveries, returns, and product inquiries in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.

Relocation is provided with a flight to Durban before start and 20 nights of company-paid accommodation. Training and onboarding are included, and you’ll join a friendly, diverse team in a coastal city

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Valid permission to work in South Africa
• Clear criminal and credit record
• Customer service or call centre experience (retail experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Open to rotational shifts (including weekends)
• Basic computer literacy

Responsibilities

• Support customers in German via phone, email, and chat
