Responsibilities

• Assist the RGM in achieving CHAMPS Standards to exceed customer expectations for cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, maintenance, product and speed of service.
• Learn to manage shifts ensuring sales, efficiency and profitability.
• Understand how to allocate responsibilities and monitor performance on shift.
• Ensure maintenance procedures are followed and report repairs as needed.
• Learn forecasting and scheduling of labour to control costs using deployed tools.
• Support safety controls and protect employees, customers and company assets.
• Report employee relations, customer service and health issues affecting operations.
• Assist in implementing staff training to maximise performance and potential.
• Model and demonstrate the How We Win Together principles with heart, smart and courage.
