Job summary

Alliance Foods Sa (Pty) Ltd. seeks a Shift Supervisor in the Operations Department to supervise team members across policies, procedures and standards on product, administration, hygiene and service.

You will assist the ARM/RGM and report on operational and people matters to maintain quality and compliance. Responsibilities include directing shift activities for efficiency and profitability, ensuring maintenance procedures are followed, and training staff to realise their potential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the RGM in achieving CHAMPS Standards by focusing on cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, maintenance, product and speed of service.
• Manage shifts in line with company policies to maximize sales, operating efficiency and profitability.
• Allocate responsibilities to each employee on shift and monitor performance.
• Ensure maintenance procedures are followed and report repairs or maintenance needs.
• Protect safety and security of employees, customers, property and company funds across shifts.
• Report employee relations, customer service and health inspection issues likely to affect operations.
• Assist with staff training to maximise performance and career potential.
• Support and demonstrate KFC's How We Win Together principles with Heart, Smart and Courage.
