TradeOn SA is hiring an on-site Restaurant Manager in the Western Cape region. The role starts with supervised training at KFC Montague and progresses to full RM responsibilities, overseeing shifts, costs, and customer service excellence.

You will lead a team to deliver CHAMPS standards, schedule staff, monitor budgets, and support sales growth while ensuring a safe, welcoming restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Grade 12 / Matric is required.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience in QSR/retail or hospitality.
• Ability to interpret P&L statements and manage budgets.
• Proficient with MS Outlook and basic MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach teams to meet CHAMPS standards and customer satisfaction.
• Forecast, schedule, and manage staff across shifts.
• Monitor costs and verify compliance with health and safety rules.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate when needed.
• Drive sales, profitability, and brand initiatives across locations.
