Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a proactive Administrator to join the Capital Markets team. You will take responsibility for the administration of a client portfolio and provide high-quality customer service.

The role involves servicing offshore-based clients, coordinating with management, and supporting governance and reporting tasks, including AML/KYC coordination, meetings, and audits where required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in fund administration or related financial services or legal work.
• LLB, BCom, or relevant business qualification is essential.
• Experience with corporate solutions and fiduciary services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for a client portfolio and all admin & company secretarial matters.
• Manage day-to-day client requests and reporting.
• Communicate with clients and managers to answer queries.
• Assist with audits and filing annual statutory financials.
• Liaise with lawyers, auditors, bankers, and tax advisors as needed.
• Prepare and maintain board meeting minutes and logs.
