Job summary

Apex Group is seeking an experienced Manager to lead the corporate administration function across a portfolio of capital markets entities. You will oversee closings, maintain statutory records, coordinate regulatory filings and act as a key contact for client directors and intermediaries.

The role requires a strong technical background in corporate administration, governance and FATCA/CRS reporting, with proven leadership of teams and cross‑jurisdictional coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in corporate administration, company secretarial services, capital markets or related fields.
• Experience managing a portfolio of corporate entities and supervising staff.
• Desirable qualification in law, commerce, governance or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate administration lifecycle for capital markets entities, including closings and post‑closing actions.
• Maintain statutory records, minute books and ownership registers.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting obligations (FATCA/CRS) and filings across jurisdictions.
• Liaise with legal counsel, directors, agents, auditors and banks.
• Prepare board/shareholder resolutions and governance documents.
• Lead and develop junior team members and monitor service delivery.
