Apex Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join Cape Town’s Capital Markets team. You will oversee accounting and administration for offshore client portfolios, mentor junior staff, and ensure regulatory obligations and audits are completed on time.

Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills are essential. In this role you will work closely with client directors and senior management, coordinating with auditors and intermediaries to deliver accurate monthly management

Qualificações

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with experience guiding accounting teams.
Ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines across jurisdictions.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with client-facing skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

Understand client portfolios, entity requirements and regulatory obligations.
Oversee accounting, administration and client deliverables for offshore portfolios.
Plan, coordinate and ensure timely regulatory reporting and audits.
Prepare accurate entity summaries and management reporting.
