Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years in non-profit fundraising with success in major gifts, grants and corporate partnerships.
• Proven ability to develop and implement fundraising strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to craft persuasive appeals and proposals.
• Strong interpersonal skills and donor relationship cultivation.
• Experience with donor management software (Salesforce, Raiser's Edge) is essential.

About the Role Our client, a leading national charity organization, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Fundraising Manager to drive their fundraising initiatives. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact on our client's ability to serve their beneficiaries. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to secure funding from diverse sources, including individual donors, corporate sponsorships, and grant foundations.
