Placements24 is partnering with a forward-thinking digital solutions provider to offer a remote HR Intern role. You will support recruitment administration, onboarding, data entry, and general HR tasks from a virtual team, gaining hands-on experience in a remote-first environment.

You should be highly organized and proactive, with a desire to learn HR operations. The role includes documenting processes, preparing reports, organising virtual events, and maintaining HR records under experienced

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in HR, Business Admin or Psychology.
• Foundational HR knowledge is beneficial but not required.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills for remote work.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication for virtual interactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment administration: posting openings and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, ensuring documentation is complete.
• Maintain employee records in the HRIS.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
• Respond to basic employee inquiries via email or chat.
