Job summary

PM Connection in Cape Town is looking for a professional to support strategic initiatives in fulfillment that enhance market position and grow the online business. The role involves continuous improvement of existing processes, assisting in the execution of strategies, and delivering business value through effective backlog management.

The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience within eCommerce/logistics and a relevant degree or diploma. The position may require travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant working experience within eCommerce/logistics (or similar) environment.
• Understanding of the Agile development approach.
• Understanding of e commerce technical platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support in the investigation & recommendation of new fulfilment strategic initiatives.
• Continuous improvement of fulfilment processes.
• Assist in driving the strategy execution through designing new business models.
• Market research and analysis to refine the online roadmap.
• Deliver business value by working closely with Business Development Manager.
