Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Order Fulfilment team to align client expectations and delivery performance.
• Monitor delivery performance from dispatch to customer across the fulfilment network and resolve issues.
• Oversee claims, queries and complaints from a client relationship perspective; ensure timely resolution.
