Job summary

FirstRand Bank India is seeking a Community Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service, guide customers to self-service options, and support sales activities in a frontline banking role.

You will work within the FNB Points of Presence network, interacting with customers to understand needs, process requests, and maintain accurate records while upholding governance and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or higher; NQF Level 4 as minimum.
• NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Admin or related fields preferred (FAIS).
• 1–3 years in customer-facing roles within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers promptly and professionally, understanding their needs.
• Promote digital and self-service channels to customers.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to grow the client portfolio.
